Youth development through physical activity
youth development through physical activity
A development program where strength training becomes a practical tool for confidence, healthy habits and belief in one's own abilities.
A clear path forward
Learn safe technique, the basics and how small choices become healthy habits.
Build physical strength, structure and realistic goals with support along the way.
Take greater responsibility for your training, progress and everyday decisions.
Move forward with knowledge, confidence and tools that last beyond the program.
Over three months, participants build the knowledge, confidence and routines to continue training independently and safely. Those who want to progress further can continue with personal guidance and deepen their skills.
More than training
DURable Life offers young people positive structure, achievable goals and supportive adult guidance. The focus is confidence, inclusion and progress that can support a healthier life and stronger participation in the community.
Safe, individual sessions with good technique, gradual progress and a focus on lasting, healthy training habits.
Specific goals that make progress visible and achievable.
A steady rhythm, commitments and support to keep going.
A trusting relationship built on respect, clarity and belief in the young person.
For businesses, foundations and local supporters
Give a young person access to structured strength training, goal setting, accountability and positive adult guidance.
A youth place can be paid for by parents or guardians, an employer, the municipality, child welfare services, a foundation or another partner. All or part of the place can be funded, and parents or guardians can contact us to discuss self-payment, shared funding and available support.
